expectations of our customers in full. We are a member of the BFW Bundesverband Freier Immobilien- und Wohnungsunternehmen e.V. – the umbrella association of the private real estate industry.

Efficiency
Lean structures enable us to achieve a high level of efficiency in all areas and procedures. Each property is looked after individually by a set team made up of a financial manager, an accountant and a technician.
We use the latest data processing and management software. Our state of the art aids and methods enable us to provide a full service – with quality that is guaranteed.

Competence
Our members of staff are experts who are qualified in their particular field and in most cases have many years of experience in the real estate industry. They regularly extend and consolidate their knowledge,
abilities and skills by taking part in courses and further training given by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We are also qualified to train real estate agent apprentices.
