Hermann Brack is one of the oldest and one of the leading property management companies in Berlin.
After Hermann Brack founded the business as a building management company in 1926, it had its first mention in public registers in 1928. At the end of the 1960s, the family business was converted into a joint
stock corporation with all shares being held by the family.
The range of services has been steadily extended and improved.
For decades we have managed a continuous portfolio of around 180 properties consisting of between 10 and 1000 units. Our customers are individual owners, residents' associations, German and foreign investment
companies, companies that deal in real estate and church institutions.
Our traditions and modernity meld on a daily basis. We look back with pride and to the future with confidence. While espousing the classic values of solid business policies and practice, we equally offer
